Aeris Aerobics, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through aerisaerobics.com (the “Site”) and in the course of our business, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including choices for California residents. Our terms are posted separately at Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

• Identifiers & contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and any details you include when you contact us, request design specifications or approval certifications, or inquire about installer or precasting opportunities.
• Commercial & service information — the products or services you ask about and records of our communications with you.
• Internet & device activity — pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, browser and device type, and similar usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies, Analytics & Advertising”).
• Approximate location — a general location derived from your IP address, used to operate the Site and to determine whether to show our cookie-consent banner.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, precise geolocation, or other “sensitive personal information” through the Site, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site. We also use non-essential services that set cookies or collect usage data: Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Jetpack site statistics (Automattic), and Google reCAPTCHA (form spam protection). For visitors in California, non-essential cookies and trackers are blocked until you opt in through our consent banner; outside California they may load by default. These third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.

How We Share Information

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, website hosting, form handling, and the analytics providers named above), with our affiliated service operation (Dulworth Septic) when needed to respond to your request, and when required to comply with the law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Analytics or advertising cookies could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law; for California visitors these are off until you opt in, and you can opt out at any time as described below.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Aeris Aerobics, LLC related to your inquiries, orders, service, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. This SMS section applies to all of the sharing described in this Policy.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

• Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
• Delete personal information we collected from you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that trigger this right); and
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To opt out of analytics and advertising cookies, use the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. For any other privacy request, call us at 903-326-4800 or reach us through our contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not respond differently to DNT signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request from a California resident to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and non-essential cookies stay off unless you choose to enable them.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
